Playing days
Used to suggest the next session date for check-in.
Playing times & check-in
For each playing day: session time, courts, and how many minutes after the start check-in closes. Check-in opens at the start time. An admin can still open it with the override.
Seasons
Fees, budgets and attendance are kept per season. Choose how many seasons the club has in a year and the month each one starts; a season ends the day before the next one starts.
Changing this does not move fees, budgets or sessions that are already recorded: they stay under the season name they were saved with. Best changed between seasons.
Guests
Free guest passes each member gets per season, and the fee per guest visit after that (paid by the inviting member).
Trial sessions
Trial players are always referred by an existing member. How many sessions a trial player may attend, and what a trial session costs (0 = free).
Roles and permissions
Who holds which role, and what each role may do. For every area a role gets one level: No access, View or Edit. Someone with two roles gets the higher level. Everyone who can log in sees Play and Tournaments.
SuperAdmin
Unlimited access, kept apart from the elected board so it survives a change of board. Only a SuperAdmin can change roles, permissions, who holds a role, the SuperAdmins themselves and the pairing hints. Two people at most.
Pairing hints SuperAdmin only
“Keep apart” is used when teams are made for a session round on the Play page; both kinds are used when you press “Pair up…” for an internal doubles tournament. Only SuperAdmins see these; nobody else does. Balanced teams come first; hints are followed when they can be.
Import members
Paste one member per line: First Last, Danish mobile, Email. Mobile is required (8 digits, +45 optional); email is optional. Numbers already registered are skipped, and invalid lines are listed so you can fix them.
